POWER ELECTRONICS
The main axis is driven by three-phase stepper motors with a maximum torque of 4.5 Nm. This solution eliminates annoying mechanical resonances in the structure and allows for faster and smoother movements compared to standard bipolar motors commonly used by competitors.

If desired, it is possible to connect any vacuum system to keep the worktable clean from machining chips. The dust extraction shroud, which channels the chips into the vacuum hose, is available as an optional accessory.
ELECTROSPINDLE
The standard spindle is a 1.6 kW professional MADE IN ITALY model, air-cooled and controlled via inverter. It is fully managed by the control software installed on the machine.

The CH0510 model belongs to the line of laboratory milling machines, ideal for artisan workshops that need to produce prototypes and small batches through milling. The performance of both the electronics and mechanics has been significantly improved compared to similar machines, as it uses three-phase motors instead of the common bipolar motors found in competing products, ensuring much smoother movements and reduced vibrations. The protective Lexan covers guarantee the necessary safety, including acoustic protection—an important factor not to be underestimated, since your projects might require many hours of machining.
Finally, with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity, the machine can be fully monitored and managed remotely, complying with the latest regulatory standards.
