WORKBENCH

The worktop is made of aluminum, measuring 1200×1378 mm. The presence of T-slots facilitates clamping operations to securely fix the materials to be machined. The special grooved surface further simplifies clamping with vises and screws, making it easier to lock and secure the workpieces. An optional integrated tank underneath allows for traditional dry machining, but above all enables WET MACHINING WITH THE COOLANT SYSTEM.

The gantry clearance — that is, the maximum height of the workable piece — is 200 mm. Robust 20 mm aluminum plates form the gantry sides, which are mounted on dual linear guides on both the left and right sides. The ring-shaped structure is completed by the Z-axis carriage.

High-quality drives and 400W servomotors control the rapid and dynamic motion of the axes, which operate on precision linear guides with recirculating ball carriages.

Ball screw guides on all axes ensure precision, fast movements, and maximum long-term durability. Moreover, we are the only ones to offer the RAYDENT treatment as standard.

Guides treated with RAYDENT exhibit superior anti-corrosion properties.

The new cover allows you to connect any vacuum extractor to keep the work surface clean.

The standard-mounted 2.2 kW, 24000 rpm electro-spindle is extremely quiet because it is water-cooled and controlled by an inverter. It is fully managed by the control software installed on the machine.
