MOD. CH1015-ATC is a 3-axis machining center equipped with an ISO20 electro-spindle and up to 6 tool change stations. It is ideal for artisanal and artistic woodworking, training, and prototyping departments, capable of performing all types of milling, decorations, engravings, signage, and 3D model prototyping. This CNC router offers high accelerations thanks to the included servomotors, extreme precision, and options for both 3 and 4 interpolated axes. Managed by high-quality electronic components and professional control boards made in Italy, it represents an excellent balance between quality and price. Its ease of use makes it suitable for both industry and craftsmanship.

As with the entire artisan laboratory line, an aluminum trough with grooves is available underneath the work surface. The machine excels in processing plastics such as plexiglass and forex of all thicknesses, dibond, aluminum, multi-material laminates, and plywood and multilayer wood panels in general.

Its power also allows milling of aluminum and solid wood, as well as engravings on marble and limestone stones with the appropriate tools.

Workbench

The Workbench is made of aluminum with dimensions 1080 x 1584 mm.
The special presence of the grooves facilitates the clamping operations to securely fix the materials to be worked on.
The presence of the integrated basin underneath allows for traditional dry machining but especially WET MACHINING USING THE COOLANT LUBRICATION SYSTEM.

The bridge clearance, i.e., the maximum workable height of the piece, is 150 mm. Generous 8 mm thick steel plates form the bridge supports, which close on double guides on both the right and left sides. The ring-shaped structure is then completed with the carriage of the Z-axis assembly.

High-quality controls, 400W servomotors managing the dynamic and fast movements of the axes that run strictly on recirculating ball guides and bearings, constitute the machine’s driving force.

Ball recirculating guides on all axes provide precision, speed in movements, and maximum durability over time. Moreover, we are the only ones to offer the RAYDENT treatment as standard.

Guides treated with RAYDENT exhibit superior anti-corrosion properties.

Bellows on the exposed axes ensure cleanliness and long-lasting durability of the moving parts. The new optional cover allows the connection of any vacuum extractor to keep the work surface clean.

The ISO20 electrospindle with 2.2 kW power and 24,000 rpm is extremely quiet because it is water-cooled and controlled by an inverter. The control software installed on the machine manages all the parameters to ensure proper handling of the cutting tool settings.
