This is a large-format milling machine, with the following standard worktable sizes also available:
- 1300×2500 mm (model FR1325 ATC)
- 1500×3000 mm (model FR1530 ATC)
- 2200×4000 mm (model FR2240 ATC)
Equipped with an ISO20 or ISO30 electrospindle with automatic tool changer (ATC) featuring a tool magazine with up to 10 stations.

The high-end ISO 20 electrospindle, made in Italy, is the beating heart of the machine, selected to guarantee precision and unquestionable reliability. With a power of 2.2 kW and a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm, this electrospindle is ideal for high-speed machining on a wide range of materials including metals, light alloys, and composite materials.
The ISO 30 electrospindle with 5.5 kW power and 24,000 rpm speed allows an ER32 collet chuck for tool shanks up to 20 mm, ideal for more demanding machining and thicker materials.

Aluminum extruded table for mechanical clamping using T-slot nuts sliding in the grooves, combined with dedicated clamps tailored to the type of work, material, and thickness being machined.
PVC vacuum table, designed to work with dedicated vacuum systems—either high-flow or high-vacuum—depending on the type of material.
ATC ELECTROSPINDLE WITH TOOL CHANGER MAGAZINE
Equipped with a tool magazine that enables automatic tool changes, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
ISO 20 Electrospindle
The ISO 20 electrospindle is an essential component for chip-removal machine tools, designed to ensure precision and reliability in machining operations. It features a standard ISO 20 taper and an automatic pneumatic tool changer, making it easy to integrate with standard machine tools.

BALL RECIRCULATION GUIDES
Ball screw linear guides on all axes provide precision, high-speed movement, and maximum durability over time. Moreover, we are the only ones to offer the RAYDENT surface treatment as a standard feature.
RAYDENT-treated guides exhibit superior anti-corrosion properties.
It is an advanced surface treatment technology that forms an alloy layer on metallic materials through electroplating. It uses an electrochemical reaction at temperatures below 0°C, precipitating ultra-fine ceramic chromium particles.
Some advantages of the RAYDENT treatment include:
High corrosion resistance: Ideal for environments exposed to water, steam, or high-pressure washing.
Full integration with the base metal: The treated surface becomes semi-permanent and does not detach, while also improving mechanical properties.
PROTECTIVE ENCLOSURE AND CHIP EXTRACTION SYSTEM
It is a non-trivial component that must be designed according to specific requirements; it is not possible to aspirate fine dust and large chips with the same system.
Moreover, the length of the tools and the need for tool changing significantly impact the geometric shape of the accessory.
It must be studied based on specific needs.
