THE ELECTRONICS OF CNC CONTROL
It is of our design (not import) and is constantly developing on the basis of customer observations, an uncompromising solution to ensure maximum yield over time.
THE ELECTRONICS OF POTENZA
The main axle drive is made with STEPPER TRIFASE motors with a maximum torque of 4.5Nm. This solution allows for faster and smoother movements when compared to the bipolar standard engines of the competition.
MECHANICS TO RECIRCULATE SPHERES
The mechanics flow strictly on guides and ball-recirculation skates, the maximum of the technology available for the maximum durability over time.
The double ball screw for a perfect synchronous movement of the portal completes the equipment.
OPTIONAL ASPIRATRICULE CARTER
If you wish, there is the possibility to connect any vacuum cleaner to keep the worktop clean from the machining chips. The suction crankcase to convey the chips to the vacuum cleaner tube is available as an accessory.
ELECTROMANDRIN
The standard mounted electrospindle is 2.2 kW with ER20 (1-16mm) caliper connection, liquid-cooled and controlled by 400Hz inverter for 24’000 rpm. Speed managed entirely by the control software installed on the machine.

ECO1010

The ECO1010 model belongs to the line of laboratory milling machines ideal for artisan workshops that have to make prototypes and small series by milling. It has compact dimensions, but its electrospindle with ER20 calipers from 2.2Kw of power to 24000 rpm is sufficient for any project. The optional presence of the underlying tank allows WET PROCESSING WITH THE MINIMUM LUBRORICATION SYSTEM. The performance of both electronics and mechanics is significantly improved compared to similar machines as it uses an Italian-phase motors interface electronic board instead of the bipolar municipalities of the competition that guarantee much more fluid movements and less vibration. The machine is delivered ready for full use of control consoles.
The ECO1010 proves to be excellent for the processing of plastics, wood, plexiglass, light alloys, forex and dibonds, guaranteeing good results even in the case of engravings on marble with the right tools. Its versatility and robustness make it an ideal option for a wide range of projects. Equipped with good level electronics and mechanics, this 3-axis interpolated CNC pantograph is managed with professional control boards of our design and not import to guarantee reliability and developability over time.
For the most demanding we recommend the upper model CH1010 which has greater performance in terms of workable volume and speed as well as a wider range of accessories.
