Privacy Policy – General Terms of Supply

Terms – These general contract terms govern the relationship between the Customer and CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. for the purchase of its products.

Registration – Customers intending to make a purchase are required to register their personal data and provide an email address. The registration of purchaser data is carried out in accordance with and respecting Law 675 of December 31, 1996, which contains provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. The data controller is CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s., located at Via Don Giuseppe Mucciardi 5, Campochiaro 86020 (CB), Italy. In compliance with Article 13 of Law 679/96, the user may request modification or deletion of their data at any time. The data collected will be used by CNC FACTORY solely for purposes related to the conclusion of the contract.

Purchase – The purchase of products offered by CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. can be made by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. Only orders from the following EU countries will be processed and accepted. Orders from countries outside the EU cannot be accepted. The Customer may choose to pay by Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment – CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases: previous non-fulfillment by the Customer towards CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. and unavailability of goods in stock. CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. will fulfill orders received within 30 days starting from the day after the order is received. In case of unavailability of goods, CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. will inform the Customer in writing within the same 30-day term and may refund any amounts already paid for the order. Orders are always firm and binding for the Customer. Any changes and/or cancellations of orders must always and exclusively be requested in writing by the Customer and may be accepted only if the items are not special materials and if the manufacturer accepts the corresponding request. Furthermore, we reserve the right to supply products in versions different from those indicated in catalogs, price lists, etc., and on the Customer’s orders, provided that such versions do not modify the functional characteristics; if a specific version is desired, an explicit request must be made, followed by our specific acceptance.

Delivery – CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. commits to delivering the products ordered by the Customer via its own courier to the address provided during data registration, within 30 days from the receipt of the order. Any delivery delays cannot be attributed to CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. Transport costs are borne by the Customer and are included in the sale price.

Warranty – The warranty covers all manufacturing defects within one year from receipt of the goods. Products damaged due to improper use or negligence will not be covered by the warranty and repair costs will be charged. All products will be repaired and/or replaced directly by the manufacturer.

Shipping – Delivery is considered completed at our warehouses upon transfer of the material directly to the Customer or the carrier, regardless of whether the latter is chosen by us or by the Customer; shipments are always carried out on behalf of and at the risk of the Customer, even when “free destination” is granted. If the Customer has not provided instructions regarding shipment or has not promptly collected the goods, they will be stored at our warehouses at the Customer’s expense and without any responsibility on our part for their safekeeping.

Right of Withdrawal – Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased on the website. Within this term, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt must be sent, possibly anticipated by e-mail, to CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s., Via Don Giuseppe Mucciardi 5, Campochiaro 86020 (CB). The Customer is required to return the product intact in all its parts. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer wishing to withdraw from the contract. Refund method: CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. will issue a credit note and send a non-transferable cashier’s check to the same billing address of the goods via insured registered mail.

Complaints – Claims for any tampering or missing materials must always be made by the recipient to the carrier. The recipient must report defects within eight days of receipt and latent defects within eight days of their discovery. Claims can never lead to cancellation or reduction of the order by the Customer, nor to the payment of any compensation by us. Claims will not be accepted if the contested parts have been tampered with, repaired, or installed. Any dispute relating to products in transit, already shipped, or in possession of the Customer does not relieve them from the obligation to accept the entire ordered quantity and, in any case, to make payment at the agreed deadline.

Liability – CNC FACTORY s.r.l.s. assumes no liability for damages resulting from any inconveniences that may occur during the use of products marketed by us, whether these are recognized as defective or not, even if we designed the related application. Furthermore, it assumes no liability regarding receipt of drawings (even those underlying patents) sent by the Customer specifying the material to be ordered.

Legal Domicile and Jurisdiction – Our legal domicile is established at the headquarters in Campochiaro (CB) and for any dispute, the competent court is that of Campobasso, to the exclusion of any other.

The above general sales conditions are tacitly and fully accepted by the Customer by simply placing the order.
